« JOCKEY J. W. FRYE INJURED LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 1— Jockey J. W. Frye, under contract to Jake Lowenstein, suffered a broken ankle when he was kicked by a horse as he was coming off the track Thursday morning. At the time the extent of his injuries were not determined, but an X-ray revealed a complete break at the ankle.
