HAGERSTOWN FAIR MEETING BALTIMORE, Md., May 1.— Harry E. Bester, president of the Hagerstown Fair Association, whose spring meeting is advertised to begin May 12, was a club house visitor. He states that there are already 100 horses on the grounds and that applications for all of the stalls have been spoken for. The Waite gate will be used and the daily program will be made up of seven races.
