BAINBRIDGE PATRONAGE GOOD Large Crowd Turns Out to See Saturdays Card at Cleveland Hernandez-Turner Repeat. CLEVELAND, Ohio, June 1. Although the program was not up to the standard the management had hoped for, fine conditions for thesport and increased interest in racing that prevails in this area this season resulted in a J-arge crowd: turning out for the third days program of the Bainbridge Breeders and Racing Association meeting at Bainbridge Park. While all the races were under claiming conditions and the best field was recruited from among older sprinters of "the. 00 variety, half the card was decided over the longer distances, which partially made up for "what was- missing; in quality. Then, too, several of the races ended in spectacular finishes and the sport as provided by those in action kept the crowd in lively spirits throughout the afternoon. The B. Hernandez-L. Turner combination, which had triumphed four times opening day and once again yesterday, put over its sixth winner of the meeting when Diari became the first double winner during the three days of racing, as he easily defeated Belle Delight, Toltec and five others in the third race, at five and one-half furlongs. The Hernandez four-year-old was a 7 to 10 chance, and his victory the first of the day for the public choices. Dian sprinted to the "front when ready in the stretch and was racing easily as he led. Belle Delight across the line of finish by four lengths. Toltec was three lengths farther back, but only a nose before Thistle Dick.
