However, more arrivals are expebted at Ak-Sar-Ben from Kansas City. Joe Umensetter brought I. E. Burnetts horses from Aurora, which includes My Empress, Toppling, Englebert, Stormy B., Demagogue, Donna McGee, Talvores, Cotton Time, Adelia A. S. F. Murphy arrived with three head from San Antonio, Texas, and reported that he had Honohina fired and turned out and also is resting Acrobatic in the Lone Star Among the Texas arrivals are A. N. Dal-ton and G. F. Jenkins. The latter has the useful runners Black Peter, Zorana, Sweep-ogan, Cloister Blues, Odd Blue, Hy Lou, Scotch Tom, Paul Miller. N. D. Foster, who is training a public sta-. ble, checked in from St. Paul, Minn., with Fluttermore, Wellshire, Buntee, Covella. Terry Rose is the lone member of Maurice Covaults stable, which arrived from Hyan--nis, Neb. , ... In addition to attending to the training of Texas Maid, Bob Ware has taken over the engagement book of D. R. Stuller for the Ak-Sar-Ben meeting. -.James Palumbo, a maiden jockey under contract to L. Dilger, was granted a license " the Nebraska Racing Commission. -The Sioux City Stable, consisting of Prairie King, Nebraska Queen, Arrow Heart and Colonel B. B., was an arrival. J. Sheldon has only Dads Pet to bear HlS-colors at present, but anticipates increasing his stable during the current meeting. -Jockeys S. Vail and J. Bollero -were added to the rapidly-increasing list of Buddy Glass. -They came from Kansas City. Amos Wallin, with an extensive addition to the W. C. Goodloe stable, is expected here within the next day or two.
