1 THORNCLIFFE PARK NOTES $ , . Word was received here that Wash Nor-vell, racing secretary on the A. M. Orpen controlled tracks, is recovering rapidly and is expected to leave the hospital in time to take up his official duties at Long Branch. Apprentice George Watson has wired from Rockingham Park that he will be on hand to accept mounts at Thorncliffe Park on Monday. J. Cendrowskys horses, under the care of trainer J. LeBoeuf, wero shipped to Montreal Saturday. Conn Smytho sold the horse Exhibition to John Starr at private terms Friday. J. W. McNaught will train.
