BLACK PETER A REPEATER Duplicates His Success in Inaugural Handicap by Carrying Off Nebraska Handicap at Omaha. OMAHA, Neb., June 1. Ed. Robinowitz four-year-old gelding Black Peter annexed his second handicap of the Ak-Sar-Ben meeting here this afternoon when he splashed his way to the finish of the six-furlong Nebraska Handicap with an advantage of a length and a half over Polvos Pride. Third place was accounted for by Whisking. Black Peter, victor in the Inaugural Day Handicap, proved the best of the six sprinters that competed in the headline race, drawing away after a stretch duel. Racing in a manner that indicated the deep, muddy track was much to his liking, Black Peter forced Polvos Pride to set a good pace and, after completing a half mile of the journey, began the task of overhauling the leader.
