MARYNELL ENQUIRER STARTER Mare Demonstrates Readiness for Latonias ,000 Saturday Stake by Fast Morning Workouts. LATONIA, Ky., June 10. Marynell, the Long Run Stables consistent and speedy five-year-old mare, and Balisite, which will be sent to the farm, arrived from Detroit under the supervision of trainer Walter Grater to fulfill her engagement in the ,000 added Enquirer Handicap, fourth fixture on Latonias seven stake schedule. The consignment came from the Detroit Fair Grounds where the bay mare performed with much success in handicaps during the current meeting. Marynell will be returned to Detroit following her performance in the Enquirer. Another arrival was recorded in D. B. Mid-kiffs Tearout, winner of the 1935 Latonia Derby, which got in from Hawthorne Wednesday morning, accompanied by Kai-mask, a stablemate. Tearout will be the Lexington contractors representative in the Enquirer on Saturday and will be saddled by Harry Saladin, who has a division of the Midkiff racers in training at the local course.
