I AQUEDUCT TURF NOTES a News was received from Baltimore that the Maryland State Racing Commission had terminated the suspension of jockey Leo Fallon handed down on the closing day at Havre de Grace. A. A. Baroni arrived from California with the horses that he raced there during the winter. Jockey Harry Richards will ride Roman Soldier in the week-end fixture at Rockingham Park. Owners and trainers were notified that stall application blanks for Empire City are available at the secretarys office. P. B. Codd shipped the horses that he had here to Suffolk Downs for that meeting. A. B. Gordon will ship the Coldstream Stud horses to Arlington Park this week. A. A. Baroni reported that Top Row would be placed back in training in the near future and that he hopes to have him ready for summer and fall engagements. Jockey L. Fallon, recently reinstated by the Maryland Racing Commission, resumed riding Tuesday afternoon. Jockey Joe Tinker arrived from Agawam Park and accepted mounts. Washington Park stake blanks were distributed here by Francis P. Dunne. Trainer Bob Smith will ship the Brook-meade Stables Good Goods to Rockingham Park for the stake fixture at that point on Saturday. .
