REFUND ON WARDELL ORMONT DETROIT, Mich., June 15 Wardell Or-mont was scratched out of the fourth race Monday by orders of the stewards after he had thrown and injured jockey A. Craig while at the post. A refund of all tickets sold on the horse, was ordered.
