SKY CLOUD showed good speed in the pacemaking, saved ground all the way, but could not withstand the winner. SCHOLAR GIRL, prominent all the way, held on well, but did not threaten the first two. JOSIE G., in close quarters in the back stretch, saved ground turning for home and was gong well at the end. RUSH PLAY showed a good effort. PENNANT BEARER lacked early speed, closed gamely in the stretch and outlasted MARCHLINE. for the show. MARCHLINE showed early speed and held on well. PREMEDITATE saved ground on the lower turn. BRIGHT KNOT, under slight early, restraint, moved up gamely when called jupori, but could not improve his position, POMPOHONE was going gamely at the end. DONPRINA tired badly in rthe last eighth. JESSIE COPPAGE, hustled into the lead at the first turn, drew clear in the. back stretch, but tired in the last eighth.
