I SUFFOLK DOWNS NOTES $ i Trainer Lyman Brusie, with Mrs. Brusie, arrived at the track Sunday and will make his summer headquarters in Winthrop Highlands at the Cliff House. W. E. Charles, who has the contract of W. G. Jackson, clever rider, has joined the Brusie establishment and will act as his agent. Gilbert Elston, a former C. V. Whitney contract rider, has joined the New England jockey colony and will ride free lance. He will ride at 110 pounds. Elston was one of the winter track sensations of the past several years. Jockey R. Morrison checked in at Suffolk Sunday and will ride free lance
