LITTLE URCHIN raced up to TWO BROOMS approaching the stretch turn and dropped down next to the rail when the latter swung wide, saved much ground and took a short lead in the last eighth. TWO BROOMS was rated in front to the stretch, then bore out badly. GRECIAN KING raced along fairly well; GEORGE had no excuses and turned in a dull effort. SMOOTH was badly outrun all the way.
