I CHARLES TOWN NOTES V W The stewards of the Charles Town Jockey Club Monday suspended trainer H. W. Wage-ley and referred his case to the West Virginia Racing Commission as a result of the commissions chemist finding that Banana, a winner here last week, had been stimulated. The stewards also suspended Banana, Canteret and Jinneal, which are trained by Wageley, for the remainder of the meeting. Jockey Manny Berg, who was grounded for ten days for rough riding, had his suspension cut in half. He was restored to good standing today.
