PURSE TAKEN FROM VIN NOIR AUSTIN, Tex., June 18. The purse of the race Vin Noir won, payment of which was withheld pending action of the Texas Rac- ing Commission, will be prorated among the horses entitled to participate since Vin Noir was declared ineligible.
