DISAPPROVAL, lucky in the early running, saved ground all through the run in the back stretch, drew away into a good lead on the lower turn, but had to be shaken up in the stretch to hold BLUE FOAM safe. The latter, away well, took the lead at the first turn, was under restraint when outrun by the winner, came on again in the stretch and was wearing the winner down. MISS MOO, far back early, saved ground on the lower turn, closed gamely on the inside and finished fast. MISS HUTCHESON was outrun. LAKAR quit LADY BRACADALE showed brief early speed. PRINCE BALLOT, much the best, was far back the first three-quarters, saved ground on the lower turn, came between horses in the stretch, wore down the leaders and drew clear near the end. THISTLE ACE, also far back early, slipped through on the inside on the lower turn and, moving up gamely, was going well . at the end. GENERAL BOY moved into contention rapidly, took command entering the stretch, drew clear in the last eighth, but tired in the last sixteenth. ADIOS AMIGO moved up fast in the back stretch, lost ground on the lower turn and tired in the stretch. VAN HASTINGS drew away into a big lead in the first quarter mile, bore out badly on the lower turn and tired in the final drive. Overweight Locket, 1 pound. Corrected weight Adios Amigo, 114.
