OGLE, TAGUE AND L0WEN- STEIN ARE REINSTATED At a meeting of the Illinois Racing Commission held here Monday the following orders were entered: "In the case of G. W. Ogle, the order heretofore entered by the stewards on August 3, 1936, is approved and G. W. Ogle is restored to good standing in the state of Illinois as of October 28, 1936. "In the case of C. W. Tague, trainer, and all horses under his control, said suspension heretofore entered by the Illinois Racing Commission has been lifted and trainer and horses have been restored to good standing. "In the case of Jake Lowenstein, trainer, and all horses under his control, said suspension heretofore entered by the Illinois Racing Commission, has been lifted and trainer and horses have been restored to good standing. "In the case of Bruce Broadfoot, trainer, due to his absence, the case has been continued. Signed "ILLINOIS RACING COMMISSION, ".George H. ,Fostcr, Secretary."
