STnewyork feature Seabiscuit Slated to Carry Top Weight of 119 Pounds in York-town Handicap Saturday. TIEW YORK, N. Y., Oct 27. The York-town Handicap, -which is the concluding feature of the Empire City Association to be decided at the Yonkers course Saturday, will bring out some of the Scarsdale Handicap performed and it should be a worthy feature. It is at a mile and an eighth and Sea-biscuit, winner of the Scarsdale, will probably be top weight, under 119 pounds, for Count Arthur will not be sent to the post Emileo, which was so unfortunate last Saturday, must carry 114. Esposa is in under 112 and Vicaress is in the same notch, while Her Reigh, under 110 pounds, seems to be well treated. On through the lower weights there are many that should make this ,000 prize a fitting conclusion to the New York season. Following are the weights for the York-town Handicap, ,000 added; three-year-olds and upward, to be run on Saturday, Oct. 31. at one mile and a furlong: Horse. WL Horse.
