LEASES THE GALLAHER FARM LEXINGTON, Ky., Oct. 27. Daniel B. Midkiff has leased the Gallaher Farm and will take possession Thursday of this week. This farm was occupied the past year by Hugh Fontaine, now manager of Brook-meade Farm in Virginia. It was established bv the late Allen B. Gallaher and has 140 acres a barn with twenty-one stalls and a brood mare. Charles Bacharach, of New Southland Stable, has Orleans, owner of the arranged with Midkiff to keep his stallion Playtime and a band of mares, which will be transferred from Charles Blacks Silver Lake Farm, Franklin County, by the weekend. , .. t j ... jii r
