SHIP SEABISCUIT MONDAY? BOWIE, Md., April 13. David Woods, of the Maryland Jockey Club forces, received word late this afternoon that Seabiscuit and twenty-three other horses owned by Charles Howard were shipping from California on Monday. They are routed direct to Plmlico. The stable star is a candidate for the Dixie Handicap on May 11.
