HOWARD AND SOULE CONFER ON SEABISCUITS ENGAGEMENTS LOS ANGELES, Calif., April 13. Charles S. Howard was a visitor in Los Angeles today, primarily to confer with Edmund G. Soule, presiding steward at Hollywood Park, regarding Seabiscuits participation in the 0,000 added Hollywood Gold Cup in July. The conference will not take place until late this afternoon at the Inglewood track, it was learned. The Inglewood officials recognize that Howards heart is set on having his star meet War Admiral, and that the son of Hard Tack undoubtedly will leave California within the next few days for Belmont Park. Soule and his associates, however, are hopeful of persuading Howard to return the great racer to the West Coast immediately after the match race.
