CRETE STAKE BLANKS READY LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 13. As nominating blanks for the Lincoln Fields stakes are about ready to come off the press, W. H. Shelley, racing secretary at that Illinois track, has completed conditions for the first book of overnight programs. Stake entry blanks will be distributed in a few days and the condition book is expected to reach horsemen a short time later. Meantime applications for stalls at the Crete track are being accepted at Churchill Downs here and at the Chicago offices of the Lincoln Fields Jockey Club in the Congress Hotel.
