AUTO FINANCING DECLINES According to a report issued by the Department of Commerce, wholesale financing of automobiles during the month of February reached 3,135,935, as compared with 27,338,466 for February, 1937, and 1,069,789 for January of this year. For the first two months of 1938 the value of financing totaled 54,205,724, which showed a notable decline over the figures for the same month in 1937, which were set at 86,324,792.
