PUSH PLUMBING QUIZ United States Attorney General Homer S. Cummings is sending two special assistants to Chicago to begin federal grand jury action against plumbing contractors who are said to have conspired to defraud the government on five PWA housing projects. The investigation was launched at the suggestion of PWA Administrator Harold Ickes, who claimed that a conspiracy case against those charged warranted federal prosecution.
