CHANGE RYE DATES NEW YORK, N. Y., April 21. Because of the match race between War Admiral and Seabiscuit at Belmont Park or! May 30, the Fairfield and Westchester Racing Association has changed the date of its meeting scheduled for that day. Instead it will be held on Saturday, May 28. Richard I. Robinson, secretary of the organization, said: "Desiring nothing to stand in the way of the success of the big race at Belmont Park, we sought and obtained permission from the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association to change our date." The program at Rye will consist of six races, two over brush, two over hurdles and two on the flat, the Greenwich Cup, three miles, over brush, being the chief event.
