WAGE-HOUR BILL ATTACKED WASHINGTON, D. C, April 21. The wage-hour bill, drawn up by the labor committee of the House of Representatives, was denounced by Representative Robert Ramspeck of Georgia Wednesday. The latter contended that the measure was unconstitutional, arbitrary and discriminatory. The new bill sets minimum wages to begin at 25 cents per hour and hours of work at forty-four per week.
