1 BEULAH PARK NOTES S -and Emmett A. Hileman, racing secretary, was an arrival here and lost no time in opening his office on the grounds for the spring meeting, May 4 to 30, inclusive. Hileman was paddock judge at Hialeah last winter. In addition to his duties as racing secretary at Beulah, he also will serve as a placing judge. Additions to the jockey colony included Tracy Reno and George Quackenbush. Reno is a newcomer to Beulah, but Quackenbush has ridden at several previous meetings here. Jockey Eugenio Rodriguez recently underwent an operation for the removal of his tonsils in the office of a Columbus surgeon. The stables of F. Russell and R. Padgett are expected here from Toronto within the next day or so.
