Start good and slow. Won easily; second and third driving. SANDY BILL outran his field from the start, was rated along under steadying restraint, saved ground throughout and drew away at the end. BROGUE, a forward factor from the start, was placed under pressure rounding the. stretch turn, but could not menace the winner. FLYING VICTORY was outrun early, moved up stoutly rounding the stretch turn and was under severe pressure at the finish. MOSS GAL broke fast and showed early speed, but tired badly in the stretch run. BRIGHT CHANCE lacked early speed and could not menace the leaders. RED TACK was taken up at the start. Start poor and slow. Won driving; second and third the same. EPICAL raced in nearest pursuit of the early pace, responded when urged, disposed of HERMANITA and held his opposition safe to the finish. ELDEE outbroke her field, was taken under restraint when outrun, responded when urged rounding the stretch on the inside and finished well. COL. GREENE worked his way up from a slow beginning and finished fastest of all. HERMANITA showed early speed, but quit in the stretch run. NO NANE broke in a tangle and could not gain on the leaders. HASH slipped through on the inside rounding the stretch turn and finished resolutely. KING COTTON, in nearest pursuit of the early pace, faltered under urging in the stretch run. CHANT DOR, well up but on the .outside, showed an even effort. EPWAR was shuffled back after the start. SUN ARBOR broke greenly. MASSA dropped back early. PART TIME began slowly. WICKET was outrun. RISSA was sent into command at the start, showed good speed and saved ground, but was tiring at the finish. HANDCUFF closed with a rush after a slow beginning. CITADEL moved up fast rounding the far turn, but hung in the stretch run. PRETTY PET came fast at the finish. CHOCALULA showed a flash of early speed, but tired. GRAVILLA was slow to" begin. SANDY BOOT, well up under restraint in the early running, improved his position when urged and finished with determination. TEUFEL worked his way up on the outside when settled on the back stretch, made a determined bid when urged turning for homo, but hung at the finish. STRABO was well up and under restraint early, moved up stoutly nearing the stretch, but then faltered. MARATON could not menace the leaders. DOHOEV made up ground after a slow beginning. JOVIAN faltered badly after showing early speed. RING O LOVE was outrun from the beginning.
