GERMANY PASSES UP EXHIBIT WASHINGTON, D. C, April 27. Germany will not take part in the Worlds Fair in New York next year, according to the report received by Under Secretary Welles from the German ambassador, Hans Dieckhoff. The German ambassador told Welles his country was unable to be represented at the fair because of the large amount of foreign currency involved.
