GOV. CHANDLER HONOR GUEST LEXINGTON, Ky., April 27. Governor Albert B. Chandler was the guest of honor at the buffet supper given in honor of outstanding breeders, owners and trainers, officials and officers of all Kentucky race courses and turf writers from several states by the Thoroughbred Club of America in the Keeneland clubhouse tonight. The buffet supper was preceded by a "reception" in the main lounge of the Keeneland clubhouse. The committee in charge of the entertainment and arrangements consisted of Dr. Frank Hare, Charles Black, Olin Gentry and Daniel B. Midkiff, president of the club.
