COSTA RICA raced forwardly placed throughout and had no excuses. BARFORD mado up ground. DEVASTATOR was away slowly. MARIOLA raced evenly. RAPID DOON tired. SINGBAMPA had brief speed. BACKGROUND raced CLARKSDALE into defeat, came out for the drive, closed gamely and had no excuses. SAGE GIRL, steadied back of the pace to the stretch, was sent up on the outside, then swung to the inside and closed camely to the end. FESTIVE BOARD faltered through the stretch. HAPPY FIND raced evenly. DIXIE PRINCESS could never threaten. SMALL MORTGAGE, shuffled back leaving the back stretch, closed gamely when clear through the stretch. PANCOAST made up ground from a slow beginning. CLARKSDALE quit after displaying speed for a half mile. FIGHT TALK was away slowly. MOUJIK, sent to the lead after five-eighths, faltered through the final eighth. GOLD SATIN raced evenly. FIGHT BACK raced SOLID into defeat the first three-quarters, then tired badly. SOLID quit.
