BUYS PRAIRIE BELL LATONIA, Ky., Oct. 7 Charles Houbre brought Prairie Bell over from River Downs and she will be shipped to Lexington Sunday. Prairie Bell was purchased by Howard Oots from H. D. Walker. Oots was said to be acting for C. J. FitzGerald, Sr., who will use her for breeding purposes. She is a daughter of Teddy.
