6,298,011 RAILROAD PENSIONS WASHINGTON D. C, Oct. 7 Treasury officials have reported that a total of 6,-298,011 in benefits under the railroad retirement act have been paid out up to August 31. They pointed out that benefits under this law are being paid at a more rapid rate than those under the social security act.
