FAIRMOUNT BUSINESS INCREASE COULINSVILLE, 111., Oct 8. General manager D. C. Burnett announced today the final ten days showed an increase over the first nineteen days of the autumn racing. ? Plans for next year will be discussed in the spring and business conditions will determine the policy as to a spring or fall meeting, or both, according to plans of the management.
