UPHOLD FEDERAL FARM LAW MACON, Ga., Oct. 8. Validity of the federal farm law, which controls the marketing: of all principal crops in the United States, was upheld Ijy a three judge federal court in a decision filed here today. The decision was in litigation involving marketing of tobacco and was considered a test case. Marketing of tobacco in excess of quotas may be validly penalized according to law, the decision stated. The suit was filed by a group of south Georgia tobacco planters in the Valdosta division of federal court. Members of the tribunal were Judges Bascom Deaver, C. B. Kennamer and Samuel Sibley.
