PRES. ROOSEVELT TO GEORGIA WASHINGTON, D. C, Nov. 12. President Roosevelt will leave here the night of November 20 for Warm Spring, Ga., and on November 21 will stop at Chattanooga, Tenn., to take part in the celebration marking the anniversary of the battle of Lookout -Mountain, the White House announced today. After participating in the Lookout Mountain ceremonies, the president will re-board the train .and leave it again in the .vicinity of the Chickamauga battlefield and will motor over the battlefield and have lunch there.
