1 NARRAGANSETT PARK NOTES I B Frank Hawley, who has been at New England tracks this year assisting jockeys to get into condition, will leave for Florida after the current meeting. He will have quarters at both the Tropical Park and Hialeah tracks during the winter. Ed McCuan will ship his string to his Maple Lawn Farm at Edwardsville, 111., after the meeting here. Goldie Mitchell will leave for New Orleans at the close of the Gansett meeting. H. "Dynamite" Kerr will leave for Bowie after turning his string out for the winter. Dr. M. R. Lewis leaves for New York, Maryland and Virginia Monday. He will visit various farms to fire horses which are to be turned out for the winter. Merle Simmons leaves for Tropical Park with six head after the meeting here. Starting Monday, post time will be 1:00 oclock instead of 1:15. The "Daily Double" windows will close at 12:50. The change in post time was necessary to insure the eighth race to. be run in daylight. Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Charles Jamerson, of 713 West Lauvale Street, Baltimore, please inform him that his wife is very low and wants to hear from him. Kirby Ramsey will leave for Miami Monday. He will leave his string here in charge of his son, R. Ramsey, who will handle them for the balance of the meeting. Mr. and Mrs. B. F. Lister and Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Charles, Jr., left after the races Saturday, for Belmont, to inspect the Lister yearlings shipped there from Mr. Listers Lexington, Ky., farm.
