RECIPROCAL AGREEMENT NEAR WASHINGTON, D. C, Nov. 12. The United States government hopes to announce conclusion of a new reciprocal trade agreement with Canada next week, Secretary of State Hull said today. It is expected that at the same time the United States will announce completion of the long-sought reciprocal agreements with Great Britain. Both trade agreements are considered of vital importance in expansion of American foreign trade and disposal of its huge food surpluses and tremendous industrial output. The United Kingdom is Americas largest customer and Canada the second largest. Hull said that he hoped to be able to announce the signing of the new treaty next week.
