SEM ENTERED FOR MANLY Capable Jumpers Compete for ,000 Added Prize Over Pimlico Steeplechase Course. BALTIMORE, Md., Nov. 12. The Manly Steeplechase Handicap will be staged at Pimlico Monday for the eighteenth time as the feature of the thirteen-day meetings semi-final program. Seven capable jumpers have been named overnight to the ,000 added affair of two and one-half miles. Expected to rule favorite is the Thomas Hitchcock entry of Annibal and Rioter, with the former to be ridden by Rigan McKinney. Annibal is the top weight of the field with 164 pounds and his stablemate is second in the imposts with 158 pounds. Opposing the Hitchcock pair will be Mrs. John Hay Whitneys rejuvenated Rocky Run, Rokeby Stables Good Chance, K. N. Gilpins Buck Langhorne, F. Ambrose Clarks Torturer and Mrs. Elizabeth C. Bos-leys Snobby Scamp. With all starting the event will be worth ?6,650 and net the winner ,730. -
