HAMILTON NAMED STARTER BALTIMORE, Md., Nov. 12. William Hamilton, who annually starts the fields at Churchill Downs, including the Kentucky Derby, has been approved as starter at Charles Town by the West Virginia Racing Commission. Hamilton will start schooling horses November 21 at Charles Town.
