APPEARS BEFORE COMMISSION NEW ORLEANS, La., Nov. 26. Jockey Andy LoTurco left today for Chicago where he has been requested to appear before members of the Illinois Racing Commission. The rider said he was called to Chicago to give testimony in an inquiry the commission is conducting, but he was not acquainted with the nature of the investigation. LoTurco left here by plane and hoped to be back in time to accept mounts at the Fair Grounds Monday.
