BRYS0N SELLS CARV0LA TO CHARLES S. HOWARD NEW ORLEANS, La?, Nov. 26 G. R. Bry-son, who has perhaps the largest stable quartered at the Fair Grounds, today announced the sale of E. K. Brysons Carvola to Charles S. Howard, owner of the mighty Seabiscuit. Carvola, a bay five-year-old daughter of Car-laris and Volga, she by Paragon II., has been a consistent performer ever since she came to the races and should prove a useful addition to the Howard turf forces. Anthony Pelleteri represented Howard in the sale, but the price tag on the mare was not made public. CarVola, which finished second to Catomar in the Thanksgiving Handicap here a few days ago, after having stumbled badly just after the start, left here this afternoon to join the Howard stable in California. She is making the journey in the care of Arthur Castin.
