SELECT D. T. MORRIS TRAINER LEXINGTON, Ky., Nov. 26 C. B. Shaffer, at Coldstream Farm, today announced that Dan T. Morris had been selected to train the horses which will campaign next year in the colors of Dale Shaffer, who has leased them from Coldstream Stud. Morris will take charge of the stable on January 1. The stable, embracing ten head, is now in winter quarters at Coldstream Farm. Dan T. Morris needs no introduction to the American public. He is one of the veterans of the turf, and has been uniformly successful since he came to the sport from his home at Paris, Kentucky, forty years ago. There is no doubt that Morris numerous friends will congratulate Mr. Shaffer on his selection of a trainer.
