Sir Mowlee, Key Man, Chalmac and Latepass, all hold corking chances in the race. The four remaining events which make up the program all are at a mile and seventy yards, or farther. On paper, it looks the most attractive program of the meeting. Only scratches can make it otherwise. By extending the meeting an extra day, Bowie will run in opposition to the Charles Town Inaugural. That is set for next Thursday. Its a tough break for the West Virginia track, though not as tough as the postponement was for the Southern Maryland Agricultural Association. This will make the fall meeting one of the least profitable in many years.
