YEARLINGS BREEZE AN EIGHTH NEW ORLEANS, La., Nov. 29. Owners and trainers of yearlings stabled at Jefferson Park have the youngsters well advanced in training, according to dockers tabbing the workouts at the Shrewsbury track and the youngsters which will become eligible for racing in the two-year-old ranks in 1939 are breezing an eighth of a mile. There are more than twenty youngsters in training at Jefferson Park, the largest group housed in one stable being the eight that John F. Clark, Jr., purchased at the Lexington fali sales, while W. A. Mikel has five.
