SEEK REVISION OF TREATY SOFIA, Bulgaria, Nov. 29. Authorities today sought the source of widespread agitation seeking revision of the Neuilly Treaty, particularly a broadcasting apparatus on which public announcements have been made. Behind the revision is the movement, authorities believe, to attempt to bring about a change in government. Careful efforts have been made to suppress the propaganda, but despite curfew rings and other measures, the agitators have circulated hand bills and even made mysterious radio broadcasts. The revision is this demand that the nation recover territory lost as a result of the World War treaty. Several hundred demonstrators have been arrested.
