WITHDRAW REPRESENTATIVES BRUSSELS, Belgium, Nov. 29. Premier Paul Spaak today announced withdrawal of Belgian representation from the Spanish non-intervention committee. The premier told the senate that Belgium considered collaboration with the committee no longer justified and that it would henceforth attempt to deal directly with the Spanish insurgent regime at Burgos in order to give Belgium proper representation in insurgent Spain.
