EDEN COMING TO THE U. S. j NEW YORK, N. Y Nov. 29. The National Association of Manufacturers completed arrangements yesterday to have Anthony Eden, who resigned as British foreign secretary last February, address its three-day meeting in New York on December 9. Eden, whose speech will bs broadcast, will speak on "Democracy and the Modern World." It will be his first trip to the United States.
