KELLOGG COMPANY WINNER WASHINGTON, D. C, Dec. 12. The supreme court today denied the motion of the National Biscuit Company for rehearing of the case decided against it in its controversy with the Kellogg Company over the trade name, "Shredded Wheat." The biscuit company unsuccessfully claimed that the Kellogg Company infringed its right to exclusive use of the term to designate its breakfast food product.
