CRITICIZE AMERICAN IDEALS BERLIN, Germany, Dec. 12. American attempts to weld the new world into a defensive unit against Old World ideologies today met the scorn of the Nazi Press. Commenting on the Pan-American conference at Lima, the Lokal-Anzeiger said: "Washington divides the world into the just and the unjust with the Americans naturally leading the just." Secretary of State Hull, said the paper, has said everything possible to disguise Washingtons brutal wishes for Hegemony. "The South Americans presumably have their own ideas about this because they are aware that His Majesty, the dollar, is the most cruel dictator in history," the paper continued.
