Beaten Only Once in Four Stake Efforts — Forty-Six Horses Named for feature on Saturday. CRETE. 111., June 19.— Through her dead heat for first money with Her Reigh in the Marquette Handicap, following two previous stakes victories here, Manie OHara has established herself the star of the Lincoln fields meeting. Before getting an even break with Her Reigh, this four-year-old daughter of The Satrap, which races for the Louisville tobacco merchants Hyman Fried- berg and Edwin Axton, accounted for the Kankakee and Steger Handicaps, and next Saturday she is scheduled to try for her fourth stakes victory of the meeting. The Lincoln Handicap is the headliner of Saturdays final program and is fashioned for three-year-olds and older horses. It is to be run at a mile and one-sixteenth, a dis- tance that should ideally suit the former Milky Way Farm filly. Manie OHp.ra has : shown herself equally adept on fast foot- ing as well as on off tracks, and regardless of racing conditions she is almost certain i to rule one of the choices. HEADS ELIGD3LES.
